You have to be accepted in their Partner's Program. When you have contacted them or they contact you (they did for me), they will ask you to fill out your W9 and sign it electronically on a secured website.
From there you have to wait until they can confirm it and then you are ready to go.

For graphic designers specifically, do we have to submit work that's pertaining to banners or can we submit a variety of work that we've done like t-shirt designs, splash pages, logos, etc

I'm pretty sure everyone is anticipating to see how Artosis does
Grubby vs. Moon will spark things off as both are Warcraft 3 icons duking it out; I'm sure we will be seeing some intense micro moments and a lot of blinking from Grubby.

Results speak for themselves as you can see from my other students I've coached. I think every single one of them has bee promoted over time and one, talon, came from bronze to top platinum. However, I do not want to take credit from my students for their success; that is all theirs. I will give tips and builds (if must) that will improve your game overall. I don't necessarily try to teach "OP" builds or abusive builds that usually win games in the lower league as a coach. I would rather see my students improve and not see them win because of the build itself. Now it's up to you as the student if you want to keep the tips and builds (if given) and what to do with it.
