    I love SotG, but I normally listen to it the day after on my iPod. However, I am also somewhat doubtful about them hitting 20k, IdrA or not. They usually hover around 7k, not 20

    Having idra is SO SO much better then having gretorp on STOG. Gretorp was clueless of any sarcasm that the hosts used. And I feel his input was common sense to anyone who has played or watched starcraft.

    Admirable goal. I'm sure he'll push more viewers. They'll definitely hit over 10k, but I really don't think that there are 20k people that can dedicate their time to a live podcast at the hour they record.

    The biggest problem i see for hitting 20k viewers is the it goes live at 11:30 EST which isn't exactly prime time. I do hope that more people watch it though because SOTG is really good!

    IdrA always maintains around 10-12k viewers, I don't see why people think it's so unlikely he can bring 20k to SotG. Think about it... If tyler, artosis, incontrol, jp, and idrA are all dishing out information for it, it should definitely bring in a huge following. I hope he does it, I'd love to hear his ingame analysis play by play.

    Idra is accually very funny on SotG. He doesn't pull punches if he things a player is bad, but mostly he is pretty even handed. The best part is when he talks about anything thats not starcraft, which always super funny.

    He's going to be IdrA and appear on SotG. I think he is assuming his fanbase will flock to it, knowing he'll be there. Maybe he'll throw in a facebook advert or a tweet, but he has a veritable horde of followers. I think he can do it. I already watch SotG but I'll make sure not to miss him. :O

    BTW if anyone could get 20k viewers my guess would be Husky. Haters gonna hate but he has a ridiculous following.

    I'm gonna guess that SotG does get a huge viewer boost, but it'll fall short. My guess is 15k.

    Nice. I love idra's stream so I hope we can do it. My prob is that I don't think many people will catch the live broadcast. I follow idra on justin.tv but i dont follow SOTG for example.

    I mean realistically all he would have to do is stream for a few hours leading up to the show then bring them all over, thats 10k. Then he needs to hype machine this thing hard and he can make up the other 3-4k that would put them over the top.

    Except the viewers will cross over massively. It's not 17k unique viewers, more like 12/13k I don't think 20k is possible.
