Just wondering because I've asked this same question to several other communities including battle.net channels, reddit and Teamliquid, the latter on their IRC:

  • Hateful league bashing comments such as - "Give the fuck up. You're still Gold League and you'll never be good." When I tried calling the people out on the unconstructive, vaguely related bashing he was doing instead of advice, i got a simple "umad bro" back, like they're fucking Illustrious Grand Master trolls. Teamliquid's IRC was especially hostile towards me.

  • "You'll stop raging when you actually want to improve and value losses" - What the fuck does this even mean? How can one change their mentality and mindset if they DESPISE losing.

  • Stop playing if it bothers you that much, treating me like a basket case because I like this game and want to improve but hate losing with a passion and cannot control my temper (which has led me to 3 day bans before.)

So WellPlayed, can you as a community be more helpful than Reddit and TeamLiquid and give me some real advice here? Without league bashing or insulting me?
